Darren Thompson

After a 25 year career in Recruitment and Talent Development across multinational recruitment agencies and corporate environments I founded

IH Selection to provide clients with a different approach to recruitment, focused on their requirements and timeliness to ensure they are able to onboard talent for long term growth and success.

My career started with a Global recruitment agency  as a consultant based out of London in 2000, before relocating to Dubai in 2007 to open offices across the Middle East, building the business in the region and opening multiple offices across Dubai, Qatar and India during my time as a senior leader for the business.

In 2015 I joined a Fortune 50  multinational to drive the talent agenda across their distributor network in the Middle East and Africa, supporting over 80 distribution partners to drive their recruitment and capability building programs, improve recruitment processes and manpower planning, development of Academy programs and competency frameworks to meet the organizations needs. 

In founding IH Selection my aim is to provide clients with a truly customized approach to their recruitment requirements, focusing on talent, capability, culture and growth mindsets to help them achieve there long term objectives across the region.
